In your capacity as a Consultant/Senior Consultant at Capco, you will play a pivotal role in executing insurance projects while gaining broader exposure to our extensive insurance operations. You will collaborate closely with senior clients to implement large-scale transformation initiatives for leading global insurance organizations. To excel in this role, you must be a highly motivated individual capable of working within a team where clients are also considered colleagues.

Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage with colleagues at all levels in a collaborative manner, achieving objectives without direct authority over resources. Proficient business analysis skills, adept at translating project requirements into a coherent narrative and actionable solutions. Experience working on client sites to implement change initiatives for prominent clients in the insurance sector. Expertise in gathering performance requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and business process needs. Ability to prioritize issues, conduct analyses, and assess team capacity. Competence in structuring and developing both quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses. Capability to analyze operational and financial data effectively. Skill in communicating project updates to senior management.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a management consultant or business analyst. Experience in insurance-related projects is essential. Diverse problem-solving experience, including tenure at a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments within the insurance sector. An exceptional ability to analyze challenges, apply quantitative analytical methods, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and in writing), and collaborate well in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Willingness to engage in an environment of constructive developmental feedback from peers. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
