About the Role
  • You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • This includes partnering with business leaders to understand their training needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Deliver training programs to employees across various levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Source external training, development, and assessment providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
  • 10 years of working experience in learning and development or talent development field.
  • Knowledge of e-training platforms and people development tools will be an advantage.
  • Presentable, energetic, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.
