About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, handling file management and office equipment maintenance, and assisting with logistics arrangements for meetings. They will also prepare the department's annual budget and monitor its implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative services and support to the department, including filing, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Handle overall file management and office equipment maintenance of the department according to Bank's policies.
  • Assist in preparing annual departmental budgets and monitoring their implementation.
  • Support logistics arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder or above.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions.
  • Good team player with positive attitude and ability to work under high pressure and tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Chinese typewriting is a must.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
