Job Title: Digital Product Manager, Team Lead, Customer Banking Group

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to lead our Consumer Banking Group's online banking channel and product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive projects to enhance our online banking channel and product roadmap.
  • Create delightful AI-driven customer journeys to improve transaction conversion and customer experience.
  • Innovate and develop latest technology and ideas to grow our online business and conversion funnel.
  • Optimize data-centric day-to-day operations, including data analysis, data report control, and monthly data research tasks.
  • Drive offshore customers' banking behavior analysis and identify potential innovation and operation initiatives.
  • Champion the voice of customers through quantification and qualification with stakeholders.
  • Support post-implementation tasks, including user training, production problem investigation, and post-implementation review.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in technology management, agile project management, or product owner experience.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with a track record of good industry and onshore and offshore customers' insights.
  • AI knowledge or project experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking, innate curiosity, and strong desire to drive, deliver, and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Banking business and wealth products & sales process is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UX design, customer discovery, and Adobe Analytics is helpful.
