We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Twin Solutions Central Operation Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing digital solutions for project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, data analytics, and insightful dashboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system operations and project-based implementation for the Digital Twin platform, communication networks, and smart connecting technologies.
  • Utilize system-based skillsets including smart device connecting technology, ICT infrastructure, data pipeline, network connectivity, dashboarding knowledge, construction operation, BIM/drawing, vendor management, SDLC, and change management.
  • Explore opportunities to improve construction site safety, productivity, quality, and operations through technology advancements.
  • Lead and manage the execution of digital strategies and their implementation at both group and project site levels.
  • Manage project delivery and team performance for effective execution.
  • Lead review processes and suggest improvements in project management through business-driven digital methods.
  • Evaluate emerging technology solutions to benefit the organization's long-term goals.
  • Maintain a digital innovation governance framework for use-case development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
  • Recognize and manage the digital construction ecosystem.
  • Create and maintain a culture of innovation within Gammon by embracing new technologies and processes.
  • Create, retain, review, and retire digital project delivery knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 15 years of experience in digital and innovation project delivery, with a minimum of 10 years of solid people and project management experience.
  • Solid experience in construction technology project management.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, plan and execute projects, articulate the digital innovation journey, and manage change across a team or organization.
  • Experienced with construction and technology management processes.
  • Knowledge in managing system integration, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
  • Skills in Digital Twin, BIM, CDE, IoT, AI/ML, and data analytics.
  • Strong in project/programme management with relevant methodologies in digital/ICT projects.
