Job Description: Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive fundraising and events growth, leveraging project management expertise and a passion for non-profit work.
  • Collaborate with the Development team and CEO to achieve fundraising and events goals, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Manage and execute events, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on creating engaging experiences and driving fundraising revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners, with a focus on building trust and driving support for the organization's mission.
  • Provide project management expertise to support the development and execution of fundraising and events initiatives, with a focus on ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's mission, goals, and objectives, with a focus on using this knowledge to drive fundraising and events growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, with a focus on applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in fundraising and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with a focus on building trust and driving support for the organization's mission.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effectively engaging with donors, stakeholders, and partners.
