About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and executing action plans to maximize sales turnover and achieve annual targets. This role requires building and maintaining excellent relationships with business partners, end users, and key audiences at all levels.
You will be willing to make cold calls and frequent customer visits for presentation, account development, prescription, and project execution. Additionally, you will explore and capture opportunities to prescribe new digital offers with partners and key audiences in an early stage to increase hit rate.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies locally to promote new offers, ensuring launch successes, and optimizing business models. You will also follow up properly on customers' enquiries and offer support throughout the entire sales process cycle.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree holder in electrical engineering or related disciplines
- 8+ years relevant experience in the related electrical or mechanical industries
- Solid experience in General Trade Retail and distribution management is a must
- Proven track record in business development that successfully contributes to new and sustainable businesses
- Energetic, result-driven, and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude & can-do energy
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
