About the Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving digital transformation and go-to-market strategies for our clients and portfolio companies. You'll advise on identifying business challenges, defining requirements, and designing innovative solutions to unlock growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify client or portfolio company challenges, define business requirements, and design innovative, tech-driven solutions to unlock growth.
  • Develop and support digital transformation and digital marketing roadmaps—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations, backed by robust analysis and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, translating complex innovations into actionable business use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and ventures.
  • Build and maintain high-quality, reusable consulting assets and frameworks.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations.
  • Act as an ambassador—sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and seeking continuous personal growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required; a master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a strong plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a digital agency is preferred—but motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Passion for digital innovation, startup growth, and frontier technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.
  • Highly analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distil complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Fluent/native in English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
