Position Overview:
Administrative Support Officer
Science Unit

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative assistance for academic, research, and outreach initiatives.
- Manage student records and compile reports on programs and student enrollments.
- Provide secretarial support for committees and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and translation of promotional and educational materials.
- Support the management of online systems, websites, and social media platforms.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A keen desire to learn and grow.
The starting salary will be aligned with qualifications and experience. Benefits may include annual leave, medical and dental coverage, and a mandatory provident fund.
The appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension, and is expected to commence as soon as feasible.
