Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NET Full Stack Front Office Developer to join our regional development team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools to support Fixed Income and Equity derivatives traders, sales & structurers in Asia (mainly Hong Kong and Tokyo).
  • Interact directly with traders and financial engineers to gather needs in terms of product development, model implementation, or tool enhancement.
  • Provide functional as well as 2nd level technical support on applications developed by the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features for global market front office applications.
  • Analyze and optimize the applications' performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with the development team to improve the setup of the applications and bring them to good monitoring and production-ready standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
  • Communicate effectively with the development team and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in C# development.
  • Strong knowledge of.NET framework, ASP.NET Core.
  • Skilled in python development.
  • Good understanding of service architecture and experience with designing and implementing scalable and reliable applications.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with ReactJS.

  • Client facing experience in Finance.
  • Experience with Kafka and Consul.
