Hotel Front Desk Senior Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic front office team as a Guest Service Team Lead at Conrad Hong Kong. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing the front desk team, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Key Accountabilities- Front Office Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, and their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Team Development: Provide guidance and support to the front desk team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and pleasant personality.
