Throughout the internship, you will engage in active projects that blend strategic thinking with detailed analysis of data and documentation. Your responsibilities may include identifying and addressing inefficiencies, streamlining existing manual processes, or incorporating new trade flows into our operational, regulatory, and technical frameworks. In this capacity, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders to collect information and feedback.
Candidate ProfileWe do not require a background in finance or any specific discipline; instead, we seek intelligent individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems. Your thought process and ability to learn are more important to us than your current knowledge base. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Anticipating graduation in 2026
- Interested in engaging with technical systems and acquiring a diverse skill set, including data analysis and coding
- Able to assess processes and develop informed, actionable proposals, which you will lead from inception to completion
- Dependable and respectful, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Willing to ask questions, acknowledge errors, and continuously enhance your understanding
- Experience in analytical thinking through systematic problem-solving (e.g., via STEM coursework, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities)
- Fluency in English is essential
