Position Overview

The role of Senior Event & Public Relations Executive at China Mobile International Limited involves a diverse range of responsibilities focused on the successful execution of events and public relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization of both local and international events, including conferences, seminars, customer networking gatherings, and exhibitions.
  • Support the manager in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the design and production of branding and promotional materials, such as advertisements, corporate presentations, brochures, and electronic direct mail (eDM).
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, including organizing conferences and exhibitions.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of technologies such as React, JQuery, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and RESTful services/APIs is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT, Telecom, or creative agency sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, independent, and possessing strong project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication abilities.
  • Proactive and capable of working under pressure, with a willingness to work overtime and on weekends when necessary.
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Executive role.
