Job Description:

  • This role focuses on automation and process engineering to enhance production efficiency.
  • As a Senior PIE Engineer, you will evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to reduce production times, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to align processes and achieve business goals.
  • You will develop and deliver training programs on lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing/PIE/process engineering or a similar role, preferably in toys manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
