Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our business in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal cost and quality.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable/payable and tax audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing business operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
