The Career Works Limited is seeking a skilled System Administrator to enhance our IT Services.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be engaged in the following tasks:

  • Deliver expertise in the administration of container platforms utilizing containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Execute installation, configuration, patch management, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure continuous 24/7 maintenance and support of systems.
  • Compile reports and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to users regarding all system-related inquiries on the container platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, administration, and support of electronic applications using open-source software, including Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Python.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructures that leverage containers and Kubernetes as foundational technologies, along with a solid understanding of microservices and DevOps practices.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in network design and support.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supporting container platforms through containerization and orchestration solutions such as Openshift or similar.
  • A year of experience in supporting applications and infrastructures that utilize service mesh technology.
  • Familiarity with the administration of virtualized hosting environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Cantonese and English are essential.
