Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join Hyphen Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand wholesale, affiliate, and B2B channels.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue expansion strategies to achieve targets and maximize market share.
- Evaluate and onboard new wholesale and B2B partners in the retail space, fostering sustainable relationships.
- Manage affiliate partnerships by identifying and recruiting affiliates who align with our brand, overseeing performance, and optimizing for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and B2B clients, ensuring clear communication and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and finance) to create compelling offers, campaigns, and sales initiatives for each channel.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics across channels to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and support decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
