Sia Partners - Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a renowned Senior Consultant with a Financial Services background to deliver Operational Strategy across domains.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to building our expertise and ensuring the quality of delivery to guarantee market-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects with leading banks and Financial Institutions.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance review, internal control review, compliance advisory, and other independent assessments as per regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of clients' projects.
  • Ensure a hands-on approach to growing the office, emphasizing high-standard client delivery, content development, and business development.
  • Collaborate with our other offices and leverage our global network to participate in cross-selling initiatives and share knowledge.
  • Share consulting best practices with the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • University graduate or above in accounting, business, information technology, or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 6 years' relevant experience in regulatory compliance, management consulting, and/or audit for sizable financial institutions.
  • Solid knowledge of HKMA and/or SFC regulations.
  • Holder of professional qualifications such as CPA, CAMS, CISA, CISSP, CIA, and/or other related qualifications is an advantage.
  • Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, logical, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
