- Install and Maintain Equipment: Install, service, maintain, and modify medical device products at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Provide Customer Support: Resolve customers' problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
- Train and Develop Others: Provide adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance and superior customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with fellow field team members, including Sales, Marketing, and Training, to ensure customer success.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Skilled Professionals: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field and 4 years' experience in a service environment.
- Results-Oriented Individuals: Strong electronics and computer background needed, proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
- Team Players: Able to work both individually and in an established team setting, self-starter with strong customer service skills.
