**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Licensing Department of the Intermediaries Division at the Securities and Futures Commission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, including managing ad hoc tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the management of licensing intermediaries, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry developments to provide informed support to the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with formal secretarial training.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry or professional firms.
  • High proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Knowledge of website maintenance is an advantage.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external parties.
  • Able to take on multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
