About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing and implementing corporate communications strategies to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute comprehensive corporate communications plans, incorporating public relations, event management, advertising, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality communication materials, including speeches, press releases, newsletters, and presentation materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, analysts, shareholders, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging marketing communications collateral, such as publications, advertisements, and corporate premiums.
- Organize corporate events for staff, customers, and shareholders, ensuring seamless execution and excellent attendee experience.
- Develop and implement media strategies to enhance corporate image and brand recognition.
- Respond to media inquiries and shareholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support issue management initiatives as required.
- Degree holder in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Translation, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and investor relations, preferably in listed companies.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Experience in annual report production and issue management is highly desirable.
- Media publicity and corporate social responsibility event organization skills are additional assets.
- Excellent attention to detail, independence, organization, and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
