The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join our Data Solutions team in Hong Kong. This role will involve setting up and maintaining financial software applications, assisting clients with issues, working on special projects, and providing ad-hoc support to help drive business growth.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation
    • Analyze portfolio performance results and provide clear explanations
    • Conduct account-level reconciliation, including research and resolution of breaks, cancels, and corrects
    • Perform analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements for input into the system
    • Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve data issues
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Client onboarding and setup
    • Day-to-day support and issue management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Software Maintenance and Setup
    • System setup and configuration
    • New client setup and training
    • Data feed management
    • Create custom reports based on client-specific needs
    • Liaise with vendor partners for enhancements and system/data issues
  • Team Collaboration
    • Prioritize individual and communal work to ensure project completion on time and to detailed specifications
    • Establish operational effectiveness through policy development and adoption
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster effective relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and products
  • Experience working with wirehouses or custodians
  • Ability to assess and act upon client and company needs
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach
  • Comfortable with technology, software tools, and applications
  • Knowledge of various financial products and indices
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to an expanding environment
  • Fluency in Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese) and English required
