The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a key point of contact for partnering centres and patients, providing information about research projects, eligibility criteria, and enrolment procedures. Additionally, they will maintain detailed and confidential records of recruitment progress and patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in logistics and operations related to patient recruitment

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in public health, life sciences, communications, marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or public engagement, preferably from clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse stakeholders
