As a Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager at the Prada Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy across Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Key Responsibilities

You will lead the team in managing employee payroll, mandatory benefit programs, tax, and reporting for Hong Kong. Additionally, you will work closely with the payroll vendor to process payroll and compensation/benefit matters for Vietnam. Your expertise will be crucial in managing annual HR budgets, forecasting processes with local HR teams, and ongoing cost monitoring and control for the designated countries.

Market salary surveys are another key area of focus. You will prepare and submit survey data, interpret report data for external salary benchmarking, and manage annual performance reviews, merit reviews, and bonus reviews with local HR teams. Other responsibilities include developing and reviewing compensation offers for key positions, reviewing local compensation and benefit programs when needed, and providing support for expat and employee mobility-related matters.

  • Lead the Senior HR Officer, Hong Kong in managing employee payroll, mandatory benefit programs, tax, and reporting for Hong Kong;
  • Work with the payroll vendor to proceed the payroll and compensation/benefit matters for Vietnam;
  • Manage annual HR budget and forecast process with local HR team and Regional HR Director, as well as ongoing cost monitoring and control for the designated countries;
  • Manage market salary surveys with local HR, i.e., prepare and submit survey data, interpret report data for salary benchmarking externally;
  • Manage annual performance review, merit review, and bonus review process with local HR team;
  • Support local HR teams in developing and reviewing compensation offers for key positions;
  • Work with local HR team in reviewing local compensation and benefit programs when needed, e.g., sales commission plan review, local medical plan review, annual leave policy review, staff handbook review, wellness program review, etc.;
  • Prepare compensation offer, offer letter, and employment contracts as per request;
  • Provide support for expat and employee mobility-related matters for the designated countries;
  • Other tasks or projects related to C&B area;
