About the Role

  • The Senior CSR Compliance Executive plays a critical role in upholding our social compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of social compliance reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance to suppliers on compliance requirements, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Data Monitoring: Analyze data related to compliance and traceability, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Joint Ventures and Licensee offices to drive factory social compliance initiatives forward.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry standards and regulatory changes, ensuring our compliance practices remain current and effective.
  • Vendor Management: Support the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they meet our social compliance standards.
  • Project Support: Contribute to data collection for social compliance and environmental projects, promoting a culture of sustainability within the supply chain.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to diverse project needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • A degree in social compliance, sustainability, or business administration is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in responsible sourcing, including social compliance across China and/or Southeast Asia.
  • Detailed knowledge of social compliance standards, including ICS, WRAP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WCA, SLCP, and Bluesign.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration abilities, with experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Willingsness to travel as required, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
