At Classy Wheeler Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional data center services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting Sales teams in the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal business of Data Center service.
Data Center Service Overview
This role involves working closely with Sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as providing technical expertise to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Sales teams to support the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal business of Data Center service.
- Conduct independent analysis and financial modelling required for structuring the complex deals and prepare pricing agreement.
- Ensure compliance with company's policy standards, global guidance and alignment with customer-specific agreements.
- Process RFP compiling with internal standard and conduct price negotiation with customers and suppliers to enhance profit margin.
- Prepare business intelligence reports including but not limited to sourcing, market pricing and vendor performance.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Finance related disciplines.
- 5 years of Data Center product & pricing experience, preferably in IT & T industry.
- Sound knowledge in profit margin and underlying cost analyses.
- Excellent in communication, problem solving and negotiation.
- Customer-oriented, team player and self-initiator.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
