About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Flight Operations Coordinator to join our EF Education First Transportation team in Hong Kong.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation and logistics to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide timely and efficient support to Sales offices across Asia, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of flight arrangements.
  • To utilize Amadeus GDS expertise to consult on flight reservations and ticketing, providing sound product and service knowledge to stakeholders.
  • To collaborate closely with all stakeholders to develop cost-effective transport solutions that meet both budget and quality targets.
  • To maintain positive relationships with airlines, resolving any issues or exceptions efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree holder in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the travel industry, transport/logistics, or operations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience working with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
  • International experience is preferred but not necessary.
