Company Overview: ConnectedGroup is a leading life insurer with operations across the globe, seeking an experienced professional to lead its operations transformation.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Transformation Director Lead to drive our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, design, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with the COO and senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive operations transformation strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Leverage Digital Tools: Lead initiatives to promote the adoption of digital tools and platforms across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped with necessary training and resources to leverage technology effectively.
  • Establish Continuous Improvement Framework: Establish a continuous improvement framework that encourages a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Champion Advanced Technologies: Champion the integration of advanced technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, into existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Project Management Methodologies: Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, address challenges, and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure operational changes support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational transformation initiatives and drive accountability across the team.
  • Communicate Progress: Prepare and present regular reports to the COO and executive management on the status of initiatives and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Support Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems, minimizing disruption to operations.
