Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic oversight of deposit periods, fund allocations, and wealth management product distributions to drive capital income growth while upholding compliance standards.
  2. Leadership in foreign exchange risk management, encompassing position control, profit/loss management, policy research, and expectation management to safeguard group capital.
  3. Development of comprehensive foreign exchange risk management plans, incorporating risk threshold settings, hedging techniques, and stop loss models.
  4. Expert guidance on foreign exchange risk assessment, providing tailored recommendations for business-based decision-making.
  5. Ongoing analysis of market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory influences, informing adjustments to capital operation strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign exchange or treasury management within financial institutions or multinational corporations, accompanied by at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Profound knowledge of capital liquidation regulations, corporate accounting principles, taxation, and relevant regulatory policies.
  • Awareness of prevalent foreign exchange trading tools, risk hedging instruments, investment methods, and protocol formats.
  • Superb communication, coordination, execution, judgment, planning, and collaboration abilities.
