Job Summary

The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in underwriting to represent the department and provide operational services to sales channels and other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality operation services to sales channels and other operational departments.
  • Build partnership relationships with agencies through cooperation.
  • Offer timely solutions to agencies and resolve issues with flexible approaches.
  • Participate in tailored training programs for each district.
  • Analyse enquiry patterns through Business Partner service to address challenges and close service gaps within channels, boost STP rates, reduce pending ratios, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Underwrite large and complicated applications within agreed turnaround times.
  • Support new initiatives for regulatory requirement updates, system automation, and STP development.
  • Perform routine duties and ensure turnaround times are met with agreed standards.

Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years at a supervisory level OR Form 5 graduate plus 8-10 years of related experience with at least 5 years at a supervisory level.
  • Underwriting knowledge in life insurance.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
