PORT Enterprise Solution Overview

Our PORT Enterprise solution empowers clients to make quicker and more informed decisions by providing tools to define appropriate investment universes with benchmarks, implement optimal investment portfolio strategies, measure portfolio risk and return accurately, and streamline the overall investment management workflow.

Main responsibilities include Pre-Sales engagement, Data Ingestion Set-up, Workflow Configuration, and Analytics Reconciliation.

The Portfolio Buy-Side Implementation Team

The Portfolio Buy-Side Implementation team is responsible for full customer implementation using Bloomberg's Portfolio and Risk solution, PORT. Key tasks include Pre-Sales engagement, Data Ingestion Set-up, Workflow Configuration, and Analytics Reconciliation.

Job Description: Implementation Project Manager - PORT Enterprise Solutions

This role requires detailed project plan creation, regular partner meetings, and in-person client training. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of data-flow, strong project management skills, and excellent relationship management abilities.

Candidates should be well-versed in multi-asset classes, possess advanced product knowledge of PORT and indices, and have an in-depth understanding of fixed income and derivatives.

This is an implementation role, potentially requiring regular travel to support clients mainly across the APAC region. You will use your project management expertise to coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding process, working closely with the PORT and Core Sales teams, understanding client workflows, providing in-depth training, and assisting clients in reconciling data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate extensively with PORT sales teams to ensure efficient on-boarding of PORT Enterprise clients while meeting client requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and Buy-side Order Management (AIM) to deliver the Bloomberg value proposition to clients
