Job Title: Senior Banking Systems Implementation Manager

 

At Global Executive Consultants Ltd., we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of a Senior Banking Systems Implementation Manager. This position involves overseeing the implementation of APAC system projects, ensuring that business requirements are properly documented, communicated, developed, and tested.

About the Role:

  • Implement APAC system project through drafting and reviewing user requirements, preparing documentation, conducting user testing, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support APAC system roll-out to ensure business requirements are properly documented, communicated, developed, and tested during the preparation stage of the APAC project.
  • Liaise with various departments for the APAC project, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage system functions related to the Front Office of Private Banking, including pre-trade checking, portfolio management, and KTC/CCDD process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of work experience in Private Banking business and 3 years in Temenos/Murex/Finastra/Summit system-related projects.
  • Familiarity with system project implementation, with a good understanding of business requirement validation, system testing, and vendor communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

Salary: HK$45K to HK$70K per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
