You will report directly to the Branch Manager, providing exceptional service to our esteemed VIP Banking customers by meeting their wealth management needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and address customers' financial requirements for selling and cross-selling banking products that meet their needs.
  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new VIP Banking customers.
  • Relationship Growth: Deepen existing relationships and increase share of wallet with current customers.
  • Service Quality: Provide professional service in selling wealth management products by adhering to established sales processes.
  • Customer Maintenance: Maintain disciplined customer contact and ensure excellent service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work with product specialists to provide comprehensive services to VIP Banking customers.
  • Compliance: Conduct operational procedures in compliance with the Bank's policy and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Education: Degree holder from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling wealth management products to high net worth clients.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Professional licensing qualifications as per local regulatory bodies' requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of portfolio management and financial markets.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Sound knowledge of investment products sales compliance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
