  • Capacity Monitoring: Monitor system and application capacity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide technical guidance and support to junior system administrators, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for process improvement, developing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.
  • Skill Set: Solid knowledge of technical infrastructure environment, experience in system architecture design, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster, SCCM, and middleware products such as IIS; proficiency in Redhat KVM and MS Exchange is a plus.

Working Arrangements:

  • Work Hours: Willingness to work outside regular office hours to support urgent production issues.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
