Job Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR project management in international financial institutions or banks.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to analyze data.
