We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exams Operations Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our exams delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of exams in our small or remote exams office location.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of exams, including handling confidential materials and managing test delivery, venue supervisor engagement, and relationship management.
  • Coordinate and manage any risk or issue resolution, including customer communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage test day operations, including venue setup, test administration, and results processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue staff, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless exam delivery.
  • Monitor and report on exam delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • University degree in any subject or relevant qualification.
  • Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to ensure compliance, risk, and security standards are monitored and maintained.
  • Experience working in exams or a similar field is desirable.
  • IELTS 6.5 or equivalent level is desirable.
