Performance Services, Digital Business Services

Performance Services (also known as the CAO Office) provide dedicated, forward-thinking, strategic, and operational management support to HASE COO. They also lead and coordinate all teams in the COO office in driving staff engagement, operational support, budget planning and cost management, management information, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive effective budget planning and cost management, as well as recharge models, to meet year-end targets.
  • Develop and compile management information and reporting for senior management and the COO office.
  • Manage bank-wide administration and operations for internal third-party service management.
  • Assist the manager in driving and overseeing business administration and operations in the COO Office.
  • Support the development and implementation of bank strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, finance, or operations management-related field or associated relevant business experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the banking industry, ideally with relevant experience in finance, budgeting, and cost management or third-party risk management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to authentically engage with teams, colleagues, and business partners to deliver results.
  • Some risk management experience is highly desirable.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Great growth mindset and resilience to adapt to change, overcome challenges, and create space for curiosity, creativity, and connectivity.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
