The Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive revenues and margins.
  • Perform daily merchandising duties in development and order follow-up.
  • Liaise with buyers and clients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with the Sales Teams about product development and orders.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and teammates on product sourcing, development, quotations, sampling, and bulk order follow-ups.
  • Negotiate prices and resolve problems effectively.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers by clearly communicating lead times and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with vendors and factories and identifying potential issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Independent work experience with solid follow-up skills.
  • Possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.

Benefits:

  • 13 months salary plus bonus.
  • 12 days annual leave.
