About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a strong track record of delivering results-driven channel strategies and account management expertise to drive long-term sustainable sales growth with partners.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to transform and grow our partner relationships, driving strategic alignment and landing joint business objectives.
  • A key focus area will be to orchestrate annual and quarterly order planning processes with dealers, ensuring effective account and performance planning.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in AV/IT/ICT ecosystem sales, with a focus on devices and services sales, as well as 3-5 years of work experience in channel management.
About You:
  • We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of channels and direct sale landscapes, who can build strategic relationships and partner with senior management to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual account quota revenue.
  • Able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to channel partners, you should possess high standards for performance and compliance.
  • Sufficient entrepreneurial and innovative thinking is required to identify and execute business opportunities.
