The Role
As our Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand strategy, working closely with our Commercial Director. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, you will manage larger marketing budgets, monitor and report on brand performance, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, and maintain strong communication with senior management and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement brand strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform brand decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
  • Track and report on brand performance, making data-driven adjustments
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management in the FMCG or food industry
  • Desirable: 2+ years of supervisory or managerial level experience
  • Proven track record of working with FMCG channels
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
