We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Strategist to join our team. As an Assistant Marketing & Academy Affair Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing communications plans to raise brand awareness and engage targeted audience groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communications plans to promote MTR Academy's programmes through digital channels.
  • Update the website and drive improvement efforts to increase online traffic and SEO.
  • Compile reports and statistics for marketing exercises.
  • Assist in developing an effective marketing plan and formulating digital campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for smooth collaborations on school outreach, professional visits, study tours, and departmental events.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects, including conferences and departmental events.
  • Handle customer hotline and walk-in counter enquiries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Creative Arts / Design / Film Arts / Marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with hands-on knowledge of visual communication design, advertising, social media content design.
  • A good team player with strong creative and graphic sense.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Experience with video production is required.
