Job Description

As our Assistant / Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our marketing communications activities across two hotels. Your primary responsibilities will include building brand awareness, driving preference, and developing an innovative content strategy to engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Property and Brand Awareness: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand visibility and drive preference among our target audience.
  • Plan and Direct Communications Activities: Oversee the planning and direction of all communications activities, ensuring alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create and implement a diverse, innovative, and impactful content strategy to engage with our target audience and drive business results.
  • Manage Media Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote our brand and achieve our marketing objectives.
  • Manage CRM/Loyalty Program: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Digital Performance Campaigns: Plan and execute digital performance campaigns to drive website traffic, social media engagement, and conversions.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for effective data visualization and reporting to inform marketing decisions.
  • Customer Data Platform: Lead the development, implementation, and management of our Customer Data Platform to provide personalized experiences and drive business results.

Qualifications:
