At Classy Wheeler Limited, a leading Hong Kong listed beverage company with a global presence, we are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our expanding team.

Estimated Salary: HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum

Job Description
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to initiate and drive the direction of our Group Risk Management Function.
  • The successful candidate will take a leading role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Key responsibilities include defining risk, dividing it into sub-levels, and maintaining risk registers.
  • You will work closely with risk stakeholders to conduct annual risk assessments and identify potential new risks.
  • Recommendations and implementation of risk management policies, guidelines, and procedures will be a key part of your role.
  • You will act as the primary contact point on overall risks, working closely with Primary Risk Owners to ensure they have the necessary tools and support.
  • Comprehensive research and analysis of specific risks will be required to provide insights and recommendations to Group Management and the Enterprise Risk Management Executive Committee.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Law is preferred.
  • Over ten years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit at a sizable corporation or in the risk area of a global consultancy is essential.
  • Possession of a constructive attitude, ability to influence people, and promote change is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to work effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Able to cope under pressure, keen to work in partnership with User Departments from different geographical locations to achieve positive outcomes.
  • An analytical mindset with an enthusiasm for learning new things, researching issues, and developing new insights is essential.
