DARMAX GLOBAL seeks an experienced Global Operations and Risk Management Lead to support the firm's equity trading operations across various strategies.

The successful candidate will oversee operational, financial, and strategic efforts aimed at optimizing performance and supporting the front office team.

This role requires collaboration with portfolio managers to facilitate new strategies, products, counterparties, and trading initiatives.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on business performance indicators (e.g., P&L, risk metrics, costs), as well as partnering with compliance, operations, and risk management teams to resolve operational issues.

As a bridge between front office and support functions, this individual will manage cross-functional business improvement, regulatory change, and tech-related projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in business management within a hedge fund, asset management firm, or investment bank.

A solid understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and products is essential. Additionally, proficiency in operational risk and risk mitigation strategies is crucial.

Familiarity with PMS/OMS/EMS platforms is advantageous, as is exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
