About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IC to lead our project delivery teams in delivering revenue and profit targets for key client accounts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects in both government and commercial sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage project delivery teams to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  2. Manage customer solution teams during pre-tender, tender, or trial stages to win new contracts.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of services to customers in a cost-effective manner.
  4. Establish responsive business relationships with customers.
  5. Manage risk and impact of customer change requests.
  6. Monitor budget and control costs to maximize revenue and margin.
  7. Develop deep engineering capabilities within the organization.
  8. Buuild and maintain strong partner relationships with vendors and contractors.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to serve customer needs.

Requirements

  1. At least 10 years' experience in project management for large-scale application development projects.
  2. Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects.
  3. Experience in setting up or working with off-shore product and/or application development centers.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive level staff.
  5. Client-focused with strong organization and project management skills.
  6. Ability to lead multiple teams to deliver robust IT services.
  7. Drive process improvement exercises in teams.
  8. Proven record of successful staff management.
  9. Passionate about new technology.
