Key Responsibilities
Ensuring all designs work within the principles and are built on our Ralph Lauren Design System. Creating a best-in-class consumer experience and meeting the needs for the family of Ralph Lauren brands on Global, Seasonal, and Local Campaigns, as well as partnership business. Understanding briefs and department requirements and offering solutions to creative problems. Able to work independently respecting multiple deadlines. Paying close attention to detail and grasping project needs and assisting in translating with the team.
Candidate Profile
A degree at bachelor level - Visual Communication / Graphic / Web / Digital Design related. Minimum of 3 years' of design experience in-house marketing or at an agency environment. Understands creative development and digital project processes. Proficiency in both Figma and Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AI etc). Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels. Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
