  • Delivering and coordinating soft skills and English language training
  • Organizing and overseeing the planning of training courses, schedules, and evaluations
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Maintaining e-learning programs utilizing Articulate360 for deployment via LMS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience in Articulate360 package development and Power BI is an advantage
