Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Prestige Sales Leader/Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing localized sales and marketing plans for the Prestige Banking Center to achieve assigned business targets. This includes direct and managing the operation of the center to maximize service quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers, providing personalized service and solutions to meet their financial needs.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in managing high-net-worth customer portfolios.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services.
