The Role

We're seeking an experienced Loan Operations Specialist - Documentations and Disbursements to join our team at FundPark. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions, including document preparation, review, and execution. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of critical processes supporting our lending products.

This position offers an excellent chance for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. You'll receive comprehensive training and contribute to the growth and success of FundPark.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and review of legal documents, such as loan agreements and security instruments, to facilitate the document execution process and registration filing on government websites.
  • Familiarize yourself with e-signature tools and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and training materials for loan operations team members.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit and compliance teams, to ensure complete and proper documentation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of new loan management systems and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • University graduate in Business Administration or Corporate Governance related disciplines.
  • Student or Associate member of HKCGI.
  • 2-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
