Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director - Corporate Insurance.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Aon's corporate insurance business in Hong Kong.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage and analyze complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in account servicing, primarily with local SME or mid/large-Corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of leading a small to mid-size team and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues.
  • Sound General Insurance experience, including Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, Employee Compensation.
  • Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance.
  • Bachelor's or above in business or related disciplines.
